Terms of Service

Welcome to Snaglee (“Snaglee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website at snaglee.com, our mobile applications, or any services we provide (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including consumers (“Members”), businesses that offer deals through the Platform (“Merchants”), and individuals who promote Snaglee’s services (“Ambassadors”).

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase on the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Snaglee does not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share access with others
• Notify us immediately at support@snaglee.com of any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account. Snaglee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

Snaglee is a merchant-first daily deals marketplace. Merchants pay a flat listing fee to publish deals on the Platform. Unlike traditional deal platforms, Snaglee does not take a commission or revenue share from deal purchases. All revenue from deal sales goes directly to the Merchant.

When a Member purchases a deal, they receive a Snaglee voucher (“Deal Voucher”) redeemable directly with the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for honoring the Deal Voucher, providing the goods or services, and managing the customer experience.

By purchasing a Deal Voucher, you agree to the following:

• You are purchasing a right to receive goods or services from a specific Merchant, not from Snaglee
• The Merchant is solely responsible for the quality, availability, and delivery of goods or services
• Deal Vouchers are subject to any terms, conditions, restrictions, or expiration dates stated in the deal’s Fine Print
• Deal Vouchers may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes unless expressly permitted
• Quantity limits per user may be set per deal

Merchants who list deals on Snaglee agree to:

• Accurately represent all goods and services offered in their deals
• Honor all Deal Vouchers up to at least the amount paid by the Member, even after the promotional value has expired, for a period no less than required by applicable Wisconsin and federal law
• Not inflate prices or impose fees or restrictions inconsistent with the deal’s stated terms
• Not apply more restrictive cancellation or refund policies to Snaglee customers than to their regular customers
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in the provision of goods and services
• Promptly notify Snaglee of any business closure, change in ownership, or inability to honor outstanding Deal Vouchers

Snaglee Last Resort Enforcement: If a Member submits a valid refund request that a Merchant fails to honor within a reasonable time, and Snaglee determines after review that the refund is legitimate under these Terms, Snaglee reserves the right to:

1. Issue the refund directly to the Member on the Merchant’s behalf, and
2. Charge the full refund amount, plus an administrative processing fee, to the Merchant’s card on file

Merchants who accumulate repeated enforcement actions, excessive unresolved refund complaints, or whose card on file is declined may have their listings suspended or permanently removed from the Platform.

Snaglee reserves the right to remove any Merchant or deal from the Platform for violations of these Terms or conduct detrimental to Snaglee’s reputation or users.

Ambassadors who promote Snaglee through referral or affiliate programs agree to represent the Platform honestly and accurately, comply with applicable FTC disclosure requirements for endorsements, and abide by any additional Ambassador program terms provided at enrollment.

Users of the Platform may not:

• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or monitor Platform content
• Attempt to purchase deals in excess of stated quantity limits or for resale
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Interfere with the Platform’s technical operations
• Use another user’s account without authorization
• Engage in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or harms other users or Merchants

All Platform content — including logos, text, graphics, software, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Snaglee and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Snaglee, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We encourage you to contact us at support@snaglee.com to resolve any disputes informally first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You and Snaglee each waive the right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
